Making the most out of a relatively small garden, with a summer house taking up a lot of the room it was important to have a functional and low maintenance outside space for this busy family.
Using porcelain paving and artificial grass means this garden will look good all year round with a low level of maintenance.
Products used for this project are a kandla grey porcelain and a 45mm pile Artifical grass. Both supplied by Lower Barn Farm.
The porcelain paving has been finished with an exterior grout.

A soak away was installed within the garden to accept the water which now drains away from the house in to a drainage channel.
The pavers used for this installation are Kandla grey supplied by Lower Barn Farm. The block work was cladded with a porcelain exterior wall tile supplied by Paving Stones Direct UK Ltd.

Porcelain patio, cut along the curve of the brick wall, slotted drain system installed along the house edge. The wall itself was also extended to one side of the steps to give a cleaner and smoother look to the garden.

Using a Marshall’s Drivesett Argent block paver with a dark border. The driveway and back garden have been transformed in to a matching and continuous design.
Curved features continue the theme throughout, there are steps built to compliment and a rendered face to the construction.
